Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I accept commissions on a rolling basis and in a variety of mediums (acrylic, digital, gouache, or pencil). Please fill out my commission contact form to learn more about pricing, the commission process and timing. Thank you!

When can I expect to receive my order?

It’s a one-woman show here in the studio so please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery unless you choose an expedited option during checkout. This timing accounts for packing, transportation and shipping delays that our out of my control. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Note, tracking numbers will not be provided for small items such as stickers and individual greeting cards as these will ship in small envelopes for which tracking is too expensive for. If you need tracking for smaller items please select the USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship all items, except for original paintings, internationally. I recommend checking out my INPRNT shop for affordable, high quality prints and my Bonfire shop for affordable apparel with cheaper shipping costs.

Do you accept returns?

My hope is that you are satisfied with any art you receive from me! I take great care to provide accurate photos and descriptions of each piece in their listings so you can feel confident in your purchase. Please note that color varies from phones to computers, so check colors on multiple screens and devices prior to purchase if you are concerned about color variations.

Because of this, and due to their highly custom nature, original artworks and art prints cannot be returned or exchanged. Smaller products (stickers, cards, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

What if my purchase is damaged during shipping?

If your original artwork or print is damaged during shipping, please email me at faunasilvestrestudio@gmail.com with the subject line “damaged order” along with photos of the damages within three days of receipt of the package. Shipping insurance is included on original artworks.

Will I receive a refund if my order goes missing during shipping?

Once your order leaves my studio it is in the hands of the shipping gods, which can be quite fickle at times. As a small artist/business who pours hours into the design and production of each item I cannot afford to issue refunds for lost items. I truly appreciate your understanding!
